Number comes up as a UK mobile issued by EE. Lady with American accent asked for the phone's owner; when asked "who's calling please?" she asked again if she could speak to the owner - we replied "Yes you can, who's calling?" she hung up.

COMMENTS: 17/01/2017 01942 391 996 These guys call 5 times a day. Often ring off after a couple of rings or when you answer don t speak. I call them back on my mobile putting 141 in front of their number to block my ID. They usually answer in a couple of second. When they do I say" You waste my time, I waste your time" I do this about 10 times. If we all did it they might just learn??

SCAM - UK (not sure why it comes up as Hanoi on here!) - Scam phonecall from "DHL" in the UK spoofing the actual DHL customer service number so it looks/sounds legit, automated Chinese voice asking you to press 9 to speak to someone regarding a parcel, then repeats the message in Chinese. Danger - this number is from a scam Norton 360 protection email. It asks you to call number if you want to cancel the new subscription you have supposedly auto renewed. Would not have worked on me as I have taken Norton 360 as it’s crap as a protection software tool. If I had I would have gone direct to the Norton rather than respond to a high lighted number in an email.
