I have also been charged £15 and then £13 - ridiculous for something I did not sign up for. The mobile provider has been useless. The only way around this is to change the mobile number.

I phoned this number and explained what was happening and that I had not requested this service. I also requested a refund and within 5 working days I received £40.50. I requested that they ensure that my number was removed permanently from their records under suffrage of being reported to the fraud squad.
