Constantly ring my home sometimes up to 4 times a day. I am TPS so they shouldnt be calling anyway. Never leave a message as I very rarely pick up numbers I don t recognise. I have called barred several times but they seem to pop up next day with a slightly different number. Who are they?

I Received a call from this number twice today and when i was able to answer they introduced themselves as Consumer helpline, the lady on the call advised that i had overpaid for finance in 2011 and she wished to help me get this refunded however i have never taken anything out on finance. I asked to submit a subject access request under the Data Protection Act where she then passed me to her manager. I was getting calls from this number daily. I blocked it and then started getting calls from 0121 389 0867. This is blocked and suspect it ll switch to another very similar number. Just keep blocking.
