When asked when the accident happened they say 'in the last few years' and when asked for the address of the company they only say 'South West London'. Call today supposed to be from BT telling me my IP address was public and hey would make it private. 2 men in what sounded like a room full of people spoke to me. I sked where the were calling from and they gave me an actual BT address in London. I asked the guy if he was Indian and yes he was. I told him the 1st person I spoke with was India too. I asked him if this was a scam. I then heard someone say drop the connection. So looks like a scam to me.

I said I did not know who he was and he said is that Mrs A of my address again and that he had just started work but it was given to him by a previous colleague. Absolutely wrong. I just hung up.
