Everyone's saying this is from MyHeritage. I bought their DNA kit after reading, in a "Which" type comparative report, that they were the best. I paid my money (£49 + £12 p&p). Kit arrived from the USA, I returned the samples, had receipt acknowledged a few days later, waited the expected 4 weeks and got my ancestry analysis back. Internet - trying to sell me new phone/internet contract. There were long pauses during the conversation suggesting that the call wasn't coming from Cambridge. Worringly they had my full name and number (despite being registered here there and everywhere for no calls!). In the end said I was happy with my contract and ended the call.
