Just received a call from this number on my mobile. I answered and said "Hello?" whereupon the call was immediately disconnected. I don't recognise the number, but suspect some sort of scam or nefarious activity. Although the criminals mainly target my landline, some of them seem to have my mobile number.
Indian lady with very weak English saying she is from budget and spending (after me asking twice who they are). I just stopped talking and she hung up.
