I was called on 14th May 2018 at 1307. The caller told me that he worked for Telephone preference management and that they would stop all nuisance calls. I told him that I was registered with TPS and he said they worked with them. I asked if this would cost any money and was told no. He then asked for my Visa card details. When I refused he said enjoy your nuisance calls and hung up. It is obviously a scam.

It s concerning they have information about my child and our location. But I also noticed the number to be rather similar to our local NHS mobile number that notifies me about my upcoming appointments.

This company has called me so many times I now recognise it instantly on caller ID. Need to get a phone that blocks numbers. It's a telecom company asking to transfer, guy on the line sounds like he's about 15 (wants to be 'yer mate right').
A Google search indicates that the number, if genuine, belongs to Allianz Insurance plc, possibly their claims department.
