Agree with previous commenters. I purchased guttering from them about 10 years ago. Only used them because they had a very long warranty. I also got them to quote for a kitchen about 5 years ago as, they claimed that I would get a preferential discount as I was an existing customer. They were quoting i.r.o. £15K at the time and other reputable companies were between £6K and £9K. Guess which quote I eventually went with? The line goes dead after I hear a second or so s call-centre background noise. My guess is: Indian spammer/scammers (and probably nothing to do with Scottish Power).

Lady with scotish accent asking for my date of birth at 745 pm about an appointment. I challenged her about not providing my private details to unknown people at that time. She said she would not disclose any further do I terminated the call. I later checked here and found the number is linked to the hospital. Not at all happy how the lady and nhs vonducted this cold call.
