Some person called to say I had a completed a survey "via the national newspapers", apparently for a competition (the winner of which is to be announced some time later). They "just wanted to check the details you provided are correct". Told them they would be if I typed them in. They still kept going until I told them I was at work and asked them to send an email. Probably a scam.
Someone called me and pretended that they are from scottish pwower and asked me to confirm my address straight away for security when I said why should I give you my address as I am not expecting your call. And then they just ended the conversation.
