In his south scottish accent, he tries to calmly spurt out the "hello, I m so and so and doing some market research". By this time, I ve hung up.

Just got called by this number and the girl on the other end of the phone informed me that I've been in a car accident - when I clearly haven't been as I don't drive nor have I been in a car accident!
