22 Oct 2019 Said they are Castle Carpet Cleaning. Seemed to claim that we have had some sort of previous dealings. The usual untruths to try to get round the cold calling restrictions/

stay clear of this phone,dont answer,cost trap.

They told me that they are from Boost Energy (I m not sure) and talked me about prepaid smart meter, cheap tariffs and other stuff. I ll call my supplier if I want change my current offer.

THE GUY CALLED ASKING TO BE TRANSFERRED IN THE EXTERNAL PHONE NUMBER: 09071267755, SAYING HIS PHONE ON THE ROOM WAS NOT WORKING SO I TRANSFERED HIM ONCE, WE CHECKED THE PHONES AND EVERYTHING WAS WORKING SO WE DIDNT TRANSFERRED HIM AGAIN . HE WAS KEEP CALLING AND WHEN WE REFUSED HE WAS SWEARING ON THE PHONE.

would not leave his name. claimed to be able to repay my debt ( i am debt free!) when challenged claimed he had got my file from the FSA, when I asked to be put through to his GDPR officer got rather belligerent and threatened to send legal papers to my address - which he repeated to me including my post code when I them said again that I did not have any debt to repay he went off on a tangent and eventually hung up. Not sure which company this is, but they appear to be in Belfast. Always an Asian voice, gets very abusive if you ask them not to call back.
