SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. This number just called my mobile, but left no vmail. I hid my number, and called it back. I received the "This number is not recognised" message - suspicious as a result!

This call referred to an Amazon Card (which I don't have) and an international money transfer of £300. None of which is relevant. Sounds threatening. Have had this before but on a different number.

I gave my details to a Fake BBC New story on Facebook about trading software and this company keeps calling me. I have asked them three times to delete my contact details under the GDPR "right to be forgotten" and they simply get abusive. They are looking for me to "activate my account and upload £200 on a debit/credit card".

Appears to be a phishing call. I answered and an automated voice just said "goodbye" and the call ended. This typically is an attempt to have you call the number back for any number of reasons, typically non of which are good.

Didn't pick up as an unknown number and our landline is ex-directory known only to 2 other people as it is used only for elderly relatives to call who do not have mobile phones. The fact that this number is not listed anywhere and we do not use it ourselves would tend to indicate it is a spam or pfishing call.

01214 306470 called me on Monday 22 Aug 2022. An automated message with a male voice advising, "This is an urgent message from your bank. Two payments have been taken from your account ..." I hung up. A dangerous FRAUD CALL.

SPAM left an automated message saying legal proceedings are being started again me and to press 1 to find out more.

Knew my address and asked to come to my house to carry out repairs.
