i get one or two calls from this number to my mobile (a talk talk contract). When you call back it goes nowhere - now worried that this may be a result of talk talk being hacked recently

Appreciate this seems to be a legit and helpful company from the other messages left here, but I just received a call from these guys and had no idea why they were calling me. They were talking about new government releases and just lots of jargon basically. Would have preferred a straight forward plain English this is who we are and what we do type approach... Male caller rang from this number at lunchtime today. A bit of a waffle introduction, but eventually got round to the subject - an invitation to a free financial seminar (apparently people are really interested in it because of low interest rates). But he declined any request to put his information pack in the post to me. Pretty sure its a scam that should be avoided.

Derriford Hospital s very efficient system to try and avoid "no shows" on clinical appointments.

It could be either spam or scam, but I do not know exactly. I get the last few weeks calls from this number that I always miss. A message is never left behind, which is weird.

Spam, claim to be from Ministry of Justice... PPI scam etc etc... called them back and said Alah was a child molester and I got and earful of abuse, they're probably trying...

Has called repeatedly over the last couple of weeks. Never leaves a message. Often rings twice with just seconds between calls.

Just had this number call - but I never pick up the phone. Worst thing you can do, as it confirms to the other end yours is a proper phone number which will be sold on to every piece of scum in the known universe. no message left but v suspicious as others have indicated sales call
