probable scam call asking for my national insurance number and email address

Phone call every morning for the last few days, blocked by phone. Wish they'd give up!

Caller said they were nation grid and we needed to get our solar system looked at because it was dangerous. Rang National Grid and they said the person does not represent them and they would never call in such a way. Scam

I have found out its this company who make the calls - they have a call centre in Bicester....

Had a call this morning from a man claiming to work for a company called "First Pass", asking about an RTA I was supposed to have been involved in. I asked how he got my details and requested that they be deleted from their data-base. I have never been in an RTA, and am on TPS to prevent cold-callers. He persisted in trying to obtain more information from me and when I refused to answer, he hung up. If they call again, I shall report them to Ofcom.

The caller new me by name asked me to answer 2 questions to win 5 pounds. Asked me if i used tv shopping channels.Then asked if I had bought anything in the last 6 months from qvc.Or he may have said bid tv,but thought it was qvc although research leads me to believe the same people regularly say its from bidtv. I think the caller can make money off people trying to call back? although i dont know. It could just be aggressive advertizing.

Claimed to be from the Telephone Preference Service - I hung up straight away after telling him that he was a lier.

i got a really rude phone call today buy this asian guy I said to stop calling he said f.ck you b.tch. Rang this number and it turns out to be back on track loans. Made a complaint and obviously nothing will be done. Im sure i am not the only one who has made complaints else there wouldnt be 50 comments below. Best thing to do is block their number. Hopefully one day they will get shut down.but if you really are angry apparently you can find their address so just walk in there haha
