This person identifies himself as Thomas from Adobe and has called us over and over to the point of harassment. He has been told that we wont put his call through to the person he wants to speak to as they don’t want his call. He tries to intimidate his way through, then sits mimicking me down the phone line and finally he leaves the line connected so nobody else can call us. The number even though a local number (0203 655 7035) has connections to India and the guy speaking has an Indian accent.

Be aware, the line is for shared costs, DO NOT call them back. Very similar numbers are already reported with life insurance, PPI, pensions - mostly scam to gain your personal info. I would recommend to block this number. Does someone have any experience with this one?

I politely told the caller I wasn't interested and didn't want to discuss the reason for his call, he was insistent, and rude until I became rude in response.

I can see this is a number in a bank of numbers (I.e. only last 2 digits change) that a few people have received calls from, my guess it's a call centre/marketer buying a local set of numbers.
