Phoned today at 11 a.m. Didn't get to the phone in time to answer and no message left so I suspect it is some cold caller or scammer. Any legit.caller would leave a message.

A young Welshman phoned my mobile today. After an unusual and suspicious delay ("Hello? Hello? HELLO?") he introduced himself as representing Winchester and Deakin and said that the call concerned my credit or some such nonsense. I initially treated as a scam but it was the RAC responding to a breakdown request qI asked for. Point is why don t they leave a message on my phone?

Call unsolicted, repeat calls daily and do not unsubscribe you from the list. Member of the TPs system and they still call you! This is ilegal in this country, would you trust them dealing with your financial matters?

I asked for my name to be removed from their database as I was unlisted and also on the telephone preference scheme (TPS)I was told that was irrelevant because they were acting on behalf of the Government. I insisted they stop calling me, he (Callum)laughed and said you can complain if you want and put the phone down on me.
