Had 20+ calls so far today - SCAM Says BT are going to cut off internet because of fraud and asks you to push 1 or 3 (which will enable them to use your phone for high cost calls).
Scam call.BEWARE.
SCAM Claims to be from O2 and sends texts messages during the call requesting that you tell the caller the code that is in the message for a 40% discount. An obvious scam, reported to NCSC and O2 as it looks like they’re trying to scam users into giving O2 account passcodes which is fraud. Kept her talking long enough for her to become quite rude and call me a liar, I’m not even with O2 so not sure why they’d target me, certainly not an O2 employee anyway.
