This is not Capital One. I called Capital One and they have no record of this number. Has to be a scam. avoid.
They rang me, left an 8 second voicemail with no sound on it. Proceeded to text the number but it wouldn t send, and I can t call the number either.

In the last month I have had 20 calls from the same area but different numbers. I've logged this as a scam because if itwas genuine the caller would have answered or left a message.
