As with previous comments, I had a call from an Indian gentleman on 002389001076 and had been chosen at random - the UK government does not do this type of thing so I knew it was a scam. Anyway, I had a little time to kill so let him talk on a little whilst doing the crossword, throwing in the odd "yes" and "I see". Had a call from this muppet (+01195748396) on my mobile. Searched the number on this site but it does not register (the tellows webpage doesn t load) so I dropped the +0 and re-tried and this page does load. An educated guess is that this is some kind scam or another.
