I haven't been in an accident at all so I asked her who had told her I'd had an accident and where did she get my number from. She ignored that and asked me again for details of the car accident. I posed the same question again to her. She terminated the call.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1618147xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, accident chasers, insurance marketing - mostly form this call centre : nexbridge.co.uk. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with something new, new scope?
