Alarm bells should ring but i paid it. then the guy says he has to get his manager to call to transfer the money into your account. Ok he calls after going on a bit he says you have to pay some kind of tax on the loan and says it is ok this will be payed back to you with the loan. For me then it sends alram bells ringing i

PRA buy old debts and then try to collect on them. They write and phone anyone they find with the same name they re looking for and try to bully them into giving enough personal information so they can cross them off their list. Calls blocked, letters go in the bin!
