We are getting calls on a regular basis from this number. This morning I decided to ask my own questions. It seems they do not have a phone number they are willing to give out. They want to ask questions on household matters (although they deny this is a survey). When I asked if they were calling from the UK they said no South east Asia. He would not take no for an answer so in the end I have told him in no uncertain terms not to phone again and I was banning this 0203 number but to be honest it will ma

I doubt this gentleman was even anywhere remotely near the 01621 area in terms of geographical proximity. As soon as I indicated that I had not had an accident that he was claiming I hadn't put in a claim for he was swift to hang up. It is so annoying that these companies are now able to freely and easily pick up local VOIP numbers to pretend that they are calling from the locality of the person they are ringing.

This was a genuine call and text (very badly written, and call included a poorly recorded computerised message, so I am not surprised people are suspicious!) I double checked it was genuine by calling through HSBC Premier to be transferred. The fraud detection system had flagged a transaction I had tried to make online as suspicious. It was in fact genuine and they have reset the card accordingly. Glad they are on the ball, but the messages could be much better written/recorded.

Answered and lady who i spoke to said she was from the review centre and it was regarding my life insurance with Legal and General (I've never had insurance with them). She had my maiden name and correct birth date. I told her she was working from old information as my life insurance is under my married name and not with L&G. She then hung up.
