An Asian gentleman said he was from talk talk and needed to check my router. Asked for access to my PC which I reluctantly gave as he was able to give me part of my address and my talk talk account number. Offered me a refund of ?200 but I needed to access my bank account. He had control of my PC so I did not want to do this. Hung up on him as he was too persistent for comfort!!!

Twice received calls from this number,but did not reach phone in time. When attempting to call back I was informed that the number had not been recognised.

No idea who it was as no message was left but when i tried to redial it it was not recognised???? Just wondered if anyone has any idea thank you

I received couple of times calls from this nuber. Everytime the lady on phone has very strong accent, hard to understand. They known my old address, Name and surname, Everytime I ve been asked to confirm my address and details and then something about loands I ve taken in last 10 yrs, credit cards.. I ve received 3 calls from these idiots - two I failed to answer but after reading posts on sites like this decided, for my own amusement, to answer on the third call. The chap on the other end rambled on about insurance and said he was from a company called Red Star. When I asked who Red Star were he got quite abrupt/aggressive. Kept calling frequently and hanging up or dead line upon answer - finally got a female asking to speak with DH about previous Boxing news subscription and he wasn t interested. She says "well I ll call back" before I could pleasantly tell her to remove the number she hung up. Still keep ringing and Sky scandalously want to charge £3.50 per month to bar it. Saw another user s helpful comment to change the call ID so we know to ignore it, so thanks for that bit of advice.
