Answered call and was told she had been informed I had been involved in a car accident that wasn't my fault. Told her to go away and blocked number.

Phone rang, silence then a click. They almost got my name right and told me they would be sending me a letter with a refund from a recent financial transaction, didn't specify which one. I suggested that the caller was probably better off seeking gainful employment elsewhere and should stop wasting both my and her time. I have no doubt this is a scam or con.
