Persistent calling mainly at the same time of day and upto 4 times a day, so I know which times to avoid answering the phone!

Scammers who claim to be from "Telephone Preference Management" and try to get your debit card details on the pretext (ironically) of blocking nuisance calls. Preying on the elderly and gullible, as usual. Nasty.

I missed their first call yesterday, but answered today and they said they were calling about an accident I ve been involved in recently (with an upward tone at the end - as though they were asking this as a question)... I just said "errr, no - I ve not been involved in an accident for a long while" and they hung up on me. Very untrustworthy - don t bother answering.

01583 364051 this number called me. I answered somebody laughed and said yes then hung up! Guess what I've now blocked there number!

Called to inform me about an accident i supposedly had that was not my fault. Automated service. Very lifelike sounding.

Called this morning, did not recognise the number (not in my contacts either!). I did not answer and they left no message. No idea who or what the call was about.

Had a call from this number, identified itself as Humberside Police to my call barring service but then cut off when I tried to answer. Line went dead when tried to recall. Called police, they had no record of anyone trying to ring my number nor did they recognise this 56677 number. A company keeps calling me and says they have 3 questions... i tell them the details they have for me are incorrect. they hang up as soon as i challenge anything
