Fraud Message left claiming to be from Amazon Prime saying my account had been wrongly deducted by £79.99 instead of £7.99 and to press a number to sort this out. This is clearly potentially fraudulent as Amazon do not call out of the blue like that with a recorded message

These guys tricked my 89 year old mother with dementia into buying their "services" on 12 August 2016. I only found out when they called again six days later and spoke to me by mistake. This is a total scam. Microsoft would never call you out of the blue, an 0208 number is no where near Reading, and the second number looks like a total invention. nBest to ignore.
