Genuine from Halifax. I cancelled an online order at the 3D Secure Authorisation screen as I used a card that hadn't been used online before (Used a card that I'd already used online instead). Text contained exact details of the transaction I had just cancelled.
Told me I would be receiving a letter about a refund of over £1000, told him "sure I am" and I hung up. Now blocked the number.
Don’t waste your breath talking to these people. Put the phone down on them immediately or if you are so minded, just tell them to **** off . . . they’ll get the idea.

100% lloyds number. i even told them it sounded weird that they where asking questions that you dont usually share and they just sayd call the number at the back of the card. so i did and after 5mins of me talking with assistant my call got transfered to the same person from 03453511685 number i was talking to before hand :D end of the day getting new card made now and everything is sorted
