Yes this is HSBC. I have an account with them and this was my LOCAL branch calling to make sure I was aware of changes and to ensure I was using the acc correctly. Very pleasant lady and took 5mins of my time. No problem to report.

Ian from some unsolicited energy company telesales asking wanting to speak to the bill payer for the electricity supply. When told we were on the TPS register he kept himself on hold for a minute and said he had reported it to his manager. Well if they were a decent company they should be using the latest TPS register but obviously they are another scamming company flouting ALL the rules. I suffer from amnesia due to an accident I had in the last two years. The person that called me brought the horrendous memories back. My wailing due to the months I lost in hospital were too much and they hung up. I need the compensation to get some of my life back... wished they d return my calls.

Already been told prior I am not interested, still they see fit to keep harassing me with the same PPI stuff.

Just checked a quote online for health insurance in Europe. Getting all these calls now. I didn t buy health coverage, so no point in calling me .

Called me trying to sell something or other - looked on the net and they seem to be cold calling people at random - we are TPS registered - also seen a lot of suspected false positive comments around the net about this company saying how helpful they are - probably written by friends or employees - I didnt apreciate a cold call when I am TPS registered.
