Some guy said he was a windows technician and i had been hacked according to their data base. he said go on your pc hit ther windows key and r then type cmd then he blerted out the number at the bottom to try to reassure me he was a good guy. Oriental sounding woman called who had my full name, telling me that the UK pension rules had changed and that the call was from the Government to advise me on those changes. Asked about what kind of pensions I had. At that point I politely ended the call. seemed to be a fact finding call about me for nefarious reasons. If I want pension advice I can speak to a qualified advisor or look at a website. Sounded as if the call was scripted as she couldn t / wouldn t answer my questions.

have been called 6 or 7 times in total from this company after a single debt advice request. The solution they offered was not suitable so I was asked to be removed from their contact list. They have continually pestered me ever since and have been extremely rude and hung up on me when I try to ask to be taken off the list yet again!
