third call today from 'Amazon' from another mobile number.
I had a text from this number "Hi Alice, it's Carrie, there's a reception tomorrow. do you have time to go with me?" I thought initially this was a wrong telephone number put in. but seeing as it has been flagged up a number of times. I think it's a phishing call. I've not answered it, as this would have shown my number was active

Got a call yesterday, they claimed to be able to save me money on my energy bill, I told them I wasn't the homeowner so they ended the call. I guess it is some sort of home...
Telepest from abroad eventhough it appears like a Uk number.. Just dont answer then store in your phone as a pest so you know when they ring again !

I received couple of times calls from this nuber. Everytime the lady on phone has very strong accent, hard to understand. They known my old address, Name and surname, Everytime I ve been asked to confirm my address and details and then something about loands I ve taken in last 10 yrs, credit cards.. Than I can collect overpayments.. I didn t give rhem any of my details at all. Suspect untrustworthy. Wanted to offer me a 3 month subscription to the magazine for ?1 an issue (cover price about ?3.50 or so). Asked for my sort code and bank account number. I was driving so said ring back - when she did, I couldn t take the call anyway.
Rang me and had my real name claiming he was from credit management institute. Anyone who doesn t know, the real organisation is called the institute of credit management!

Fraud +44 20 7183 1228 took my £75 then they later ask to take £200 don’t fall for it
Fraud - automated call saying it was my bank (didn't say which bank!!!) detailed two transactions it said was made this morning one to Amazon and one a transfer abroad. Asked me to press 1 to cancel transactions or 2 to authorize. I'm guessing that this would then take me to a premium line number or someone asking for my details. I just hung up of course. The scary thing is that it showed as coming from a local dialing code or I wouldn't have answered it.
