This company have numerous numbers which they change when you block them. Despite telling them to remove my number they constantly call me and try to make me claim for PPI, accident, you name it they try and get my details for it. Total scammers!!

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. They call me every day around about 1130. Sometimes once, sometimes a couple of times.. No one ever says anything, it just cuts. this is 100% EDF Energy. The last time they called, whoever was calling kept me on hold for a few seconds and I could hear his/her colleague reading a sales script "Thank you for choosing EDF Energy, I just need to read out blah blah blah"...

No idea how they got my landline as that is registered with TPS. The company mobile registration had ended. I told them to remove me from their databse and the female Liverpool caller was unsympathetic and rude.

Boiler scammers - Simply answer the call and pretend to be interested in what they are offering. You will probably be passed to a "manager" who will arrange for someone to visit you. Go along with it, make the appointment and when the salesman turns up tell him you are not interested and have wasted their time because they are wasting yours by ignoring the law and cold calling you. They hate having their time wasted This has worked for me and gives you a great feeling of having got them back.
