I have threatened this company with police action for harassment yet still they keep calling me. The call handler was trying to be very flippant with me saying "yeah, you can do that". I think OFTEL is next.
Fraud Caller says they are from the fraud department of your credit card. They then say they are checking on a suspicious transaction which is bogus of course. They say they will block the account but only once they email you a one time pass code which they want read back to them. It’s a scam and was confirmed by the genuine fraud department once I called them.
