According to this site this number is from Easingwold, Yorkshire, in the UK. I do not know anyone in this area and they did not leave a message, so presume its a scam type call and classed it as annoying. If callers are not prepared to leave a message and just drop a call after a few rings it seems to me that the caller wants you to ring them back and who knows what that might lead to.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1473671xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with loans, PPI claims, financial marketing, accident claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Called 12th June auto message saying they were cutting off our broadband connection in the next 24 to 48 hours, press 1 to connect with an operator. She answered and said she was in Broad St London when it is a Birmingham number and when asked who she was calling on behalf she said Open Reach (BT) but our internet is with another provider.
