A guy with an Asian accent phoned me claiming to be from Microsoft. Said that hackers have got control of my laptop I'D and they were using it. Foolishly gave them my account details but after thinking about it a bit more, I realised it was a hacker. The hackers opened an account with WorldRemit and were ready to empty my bank account. Luckily i put a block on my account in time. Since had some missed calls from them. Certainly was a lesson learned

Called this morning by Lawrence claiming to be from Microsoft and said my computer had been hacked. Something to do with root kits being downloaded on to my computer.
