SCAM Said they were ringing me from the UK Benefit Department. As soon as I said they weren't they hung up. These are the same people who say they work for Beneficial/ring about a road traffic accident in the last 2 years/ring about your life insurance policy or any other thing they can think of to try to get sensitive information out of you. They never succeed with me but yet they keep trying almost every day.

I remained silent upon answering, after a while they rang off. Looked number up on Web and turns out its the number used by scammer(s) purporting to be many unrelated organisations.

Not a customer but was in the past (moved into house and was under British Gas for gas only)- scammed me big time! Don't owe them anything/ never have, wouldn't want to return (happy with far cheap duel fuel deal for last 7 years), expensive in my area and boiler already covered so not interested.

Saying that the 'books for school' campaign has finished and that they'd like to say thanks by sending the books to a school of my choice. PastDue debt collectors. Npower sold them a debt that doesn't exist, because npower wrongly calculated my final bill. I guess this is what happens when you leave them. Will probably take them both to court for harassment.
