I have just had a call from this number - a man with an Asian accent (possible Indian) asking me about my computer,. saying there was something wrong with it, and he wanted to sort it out for me. I put the phone down, but he tried ringing back twice more.

100% FRAUD! They left me a voicemail, quoting a DHL import duty invoice that I paid 3 weeks ago. I called them, spoke to 'RAJU' - he knew all about me, my company and my invoice, but said don't worry as you've already paid. This is obviously someone at DHL leaking account details to fraudsters, who are preying on people who don't know/remember that they've already paid. Scammers.. A recording saying that your national insurance number has been compromised. I keep getting calls on my work mobile which I only ever use for work and it is in no way linked to me personally. Definitely a scam, as I have read about people getting these calls. Be wary!

I've been getting at least 2 calls a day from these numbers that are one digit less than UK mobile numbers. I have let them all ring off, then blocked them but just get slightly different ones every day. Very annoying.

Had a feeling this was ADT, haven t confirmed it but the comments seem to strongly indicate ADT. On top of the 0161 code. Just rang now at 3.19 in the morning, about five to six rings before I d even got to it, and then stopped. Alarm not going off, and it is for our house so would like to know why they rang in the wee hours when we re sleeping.
These type of calls comes form solicitors who are living on peoples misery, bloody s**ms of the society.
