Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2071934xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with robocalls, classical insurance marketing - "have you been in a car accident", mostly something called Sky Expert Guidance team. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
My bank confirmed this is not one of their phone numbers, and stated it is a scam. Why others would suggest otherwise is for you to decide.

Usually uses the main identity of Marlon on Gumtree, but sometimes uses his alleged daughters details: Zara Hussain. They then provide pictures of items for sale in a response to your ads, eventuay agree a price, provide fake identity details and asks for a deposit and the items will be posted by them. I was called by this number this morning. The caller left a message - it was a member of Lloyds bank contacting me about a meeting I was due to have with her this afternoon. She left her mobile number for me which matched the one on her business card which she gave me last time I saw her.
