One of many "helping with an insurance claim in the last three years " they introduce themselves by company and name but will not repeat if asked. Insisting I have an unresolved claim . I had a call from this number - claiming to be the tax office - automated service said there is a fraud case against me and if I didnt stay on the line a warrant for my arrest would be issued. I stayed on the kine for a moment then hung uo as I did not get a human. Thus was to my work phone number not my personal number - i feel it is a scam.

I called this number back and a young man answered, polite enough and answered my questions without any hassle. He said it was a PPI claim company in Manchester. When I asked why it came up as a Dundee (01382) number he said it's automatically routed to main base in Manchester. I've had 3 missed calls from them so did 141 on landline.
