Threatened to disconnect landline & internet unless I pressed 1 on the keypad. It was a recording because it did not cut off when the answer machine kicked in. So beware, it is a mobile number and obviously they will not come on the line until 1 is pressed.

Claimed to be a “Michael Fernandez” from Windows Technical Department.He told me that there has been a corruption with my computer and that he has to resolve it for me and started to give me directions on where to navigate on my pc. I stopped him and asked what exactly the problem was and he said it was something to do with the RAM and hardware and that if he doesn’t help me it will cause me major problems. I asked him for his number (0161 818 2022) - no answer naturally.
