Keeps calling and asking for Mr Batt. Indian accent. Have politely asked them not to call our number, but they keep calling. Beyond annoying. More like harassment.
Called as I had gone over my limit on my card. They did hang up the first time they tried calling me which was annoying to which the adviser informed me that they are having issues with the auto dialler system. I believe Aqua credit also use a similar number.

This company has been ringing my home phone for months on lots of different numbers. I never answer as I have caller display They leave a message for someone I have never heard of and say that they need me to ring back as they need to contact this person urgently.

Was called from this number with a robotic message claiming to be an urgent message from HMRC about a fraud to do with me. I put the phone down before hearing the full message but on ringing back later got no response/dead line. This seems like it is a hoax designed to get people's personal details.

The second one today from the same stable - only the 2 digits at the end are different. Both calls from Manchester. There have been a few today - getting fed up with these scammers ringing constantly. They must be getting very strapped for cash to keep trying to defraud 'unsuspecting' people!! A woman called Sarah from telephone blocking services called my elderly father asking him for bank details, which unfortunately he did give.That bank card has now been stopped. She then called my father 2 more times but threatened him that his BT telephone would be cut off if he he didn’t pay. Its my belief that this is a scam warn other family members not to give out any bank details to cold callers or anyone over the phone!

I ignore all calls coming into my landline number until the caller speaks. If no one speaks within a few seconds, I assume that I ve been called by an autodialler which is activated by the sound of my voice, and because I ve remained silent.... nothing happens, or I hang up. I then dial 1471 for the number and Google it. I never call any numbers they ve left for me to call. If they are too lazy to make any effort to contact me themselves.... then their call can t be that important!
