SCAM using a private telephone number when you call back a poor lady answers saying it’s a scam
Fraud. Foreigner, claimed to be calling about my BT internet connection.
It’s a SCAM! Pretending to be a mobile company sounding like Vodafone. It is not! Be warned!
Automated call - Recorded woman's voice asking about damp in the house. Said they were from Housing authority. After three one word answers the call suddenly ended.
Didn't ring long enough for me to answer despite my phone being next to me. Tried to call back but just got a high pitched beeping.

SCAM Numerous calls from this number in the evening, as lage as 21:47, advising my father they could repay overpaid timeshare fees, unfortunately he gave out his card details, £4,500 taken from his account, changed his details and they rang again obviously for up to date info to start taking money again, this time he said I would call them back, they gave him a fake number to call back onSCAM

SCAM. Probably from the same source as 1656737322, a call to my landline. The well spoken, but recorded voice, told me that two suspicious transactions had been noted on my account (no introduction as to who she represented) and that I should take one of two actions. Either press "1" to cancel them or "2" to speak to a service advisor. I left the call open for ten minutes but there was no further communication from the caller. Why Bridgend exchange? I have no idea.

An Indian sounding gentleman on a very bad line, claimed to be calling me from Currys PCWorld with a promotion to upgrade my cellphone (his term) for no charge, could I just confirm what phone I currently had? 07401878848 is a mobile phone number at an indian call centre, i traced it back through the network. Someone pretending to be from amazon stating that my details have been used to order some high value items and that to cancel it i would have to do as they instructed. They wanted remote access to my computer/tablet/phone so they could steal my data. The idiots didn't realise that they had phoned an it company. when i informed them of their mistake they hung up.
