I initially treated as a scam but it was the RAC responding to a breakdown request qI asked for. Point is why don t they leave a message on my phone?

They are calling me all the time, but they always drop after I pick up.

As in the other comment I was told to ring 01642850850 - this is useless. It asks you to give the name of the person and offers no other option. Since I don t know who called I was at a dead end

Typical car crash claim telesales person starting with the usual question: “I have been told that you were involved in a car crash. Is that right?” They are trying to make you speak about such accidents if any by asking such questions. So, hang up the phone and not waste your time.

Have had a call every lunchtime from 15/08/2016 to date (17/08/2016). Phone on silent so fortunately miss it.

The caller didn t give her name even though I asked. She said she wanted to speak to Mrs (name not understood) when I asked her to repeat I still didn t know who she was asking for, but for sure not my name. I said she had a wrong number and she hung up.

Cold call. Told the woman that she should not be calling as I subscribe to telephone pref service. This objection swept aside. Claimed to be from Microsoft and that my computer has been hacked. Became more forceful as I voiced suspicions. I ended call.

this number keeps calling my uk mobile every 2:00am (+10 time zone summer time) at night with a very quick hang up. It wakes me up every night. my number rare known to anybody, so i guess it is a spy or automatically scheduled phone call by someone trying to do sth not nice
