This company trawl the Internet for car sales adverts the call the seller saying they had been instructed by your insurance company to claim injury compensation, if there are pictures of your car they use the reg mark to try and trick you they are genuine. They are just fishing! Hang up.

Rang at 07:30 on Monday morning, I missed the call and they didnt leave a recorded message. These scammers start work early!

Asked for me just by first name, claimed to be citizens advice new legal team and asked about unsecured debts. Told them I would not disclose any information to them so they hung up.

Noisy background, almost bellowed down the phone to me! Asked for me by name and said they were calling from the National Workers Union, asking if I d ever worked in a noisy environment. I hung up at this point.

Called three times in just over an hour, when my wife finally answered it and waited for someone to say something there was nothing until she said hello, they said hello back but very faintly, my wife hung up

The Trust Deed People they may claim to be. But ask yourself this question. How many Trust Deeds have they realistically administered? What other alternatives will they suggest?
