SCAM Male caller said he was calling about the problem I had reported about my housing.
Fraud. Calling from abroad saying they are Citizens Advice Bureau. When I asked why they were calling on a mobile number they said they weren’t so I read the number back to them and they said that they have been passed information by the FCA that I have debts to repay. When I pointed out that this was false and they are clearly a scam they hung up. Called them back and got voicemail which is apparently full.
Automated call Nuisance call at any hour particularly early mornings. Don't speak when picking up and the automated message fails to play.

Automated call to start, saying that my subscription to Amazon will auto renew at £79, and to press 1 to talk to someone about cancelling, I don't pay subscription for Amazon, I was told that it was £79 a month and that I needed to get a cancellation code and fill out a form to cancel!!! I hung up.

SCAMMERS - PLEASE DONT FALL FOR IT! Had a call from this number claiming to be from “my bank” - they didn’t mention the name of the bank, I should have thought to ask as I don’t think he knew. Said he wanted to check that an online payment of £2500ish this morning was really made by me. Of course it wasn’t. He wanted me to get my bank card and check the phone number on the back (think the next step would have been to ‘put the phone down’ so I could dial my bank, yeah right). Fraud. Personally, they told me a payment was attempted and that if it wasn't me I should click a link. Its not an official link or contact. Don't click the link. And if you did get in contact with your bank immediately.

Asian guy rang and half way through the conversation he started to actually abuse me using the F word. And that was because I was being slightly awkward (due to the nature of the call). Nevertheless, I m sure it doesn t give him the right to start swearing down the phone. Told him he needed to be professional and brush up on his manners and he hung up (after swearing again).
