was late answering so they d hung up but I didn t recognise the number so googled it. On reading comments here I added it to my reject list. If I m feeling particularly argumentative I ll answer but generally I don t bother if I don t recognise the number. If they were genuine they d leave a voicemail wouldn t they?

Same number but 001 prefix. Judging by other comments it is a nuisance firm trying to sell leads to d/glazing firms. I have tried asking not to be called in the past but it's ignored. So now I say I'm interested and if a firm calls me I tell them why we are both wasting our time.

Recorded message, telling me that I was the homeowner - I pressed 2 and Wayne From Energy Care answered. He asked me if I was the homeowner and as soon as I said no he hung up without apologising for phoning a number that is registered with TPS or offering to stop interrupting my activities.
