message begins "Barclays, Lloyds, TSB...". I have reported it to the Information Commissioners Office (IC0) at ico.org.cuk. I personally believe that these people should not be permitted to have these numbers unless they reveal their identity. Anyone who accepts goods or services from an unnamed company that cold calls them has got to be daft!

applied for loan online. received loads of ph calls & sms claiming they can sort loan, just ph them to proceed. same as other people are commenting, you get given another number to ph, which is 09no. told cost of call will be refuunded, & loan never materialises. Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. They are actually a very friendly and knowledgeable company.

I ran it past some URL checkers which didn't come up with anything reputable. The number came in as '+44' so is likely to be from the UK.
