Called asking if I had been in an accident, said it was being dealt with by insurance and then rapidly put through to a supervisor (so ignored my reply), this person was blatantly overseas and I told them the same, that it is being dealt with, so he just cut me off! The automated message begins with the words: 'Please listen carefully.....' That's a clear signal that you should hang up immediately!
