from a PPI selling marketing company. totally unwanted call. i believe they are using software to 'mask' their true i.d. / true telephone number, as this appeared to be a local landline number.
This is the number for Prestashop. A internet software developer. I doubt many would get a call from this company, unless you are dealing with them, like me :)
