The 'kid' on the other end of the call stated he was calling from a company which sounded to me like 'RK' or 'RJ' and it was to do with my accident. I immediately informed him that o had not been involved in an accident (something I am sick of telling people). Called my elderly mum lying to her saying her washing machine insurance with D&G was ending. NOT ENDING! Spoke about a direct debit and then tried taking a one off payment from her?!?! From my knowledge in working in contact centres/sales I told her to stop the call and to do some research. SCAMMERS trying to rip off anyone they can. Pushy sales, can t even imagine what the service is like once you ve actually signed up!
They ring every day, sometimes twice a day to a business phone and then hang up?

Totally dodgy! Recorded female voice telling me they were from the security department of your bank calling about a transaction of £600 from my account leaving the country. If I did not authorise this transaction, press 1. There are innocent souls out there who will be drawn into giving their details over the phone. Trust me - I have had to support them while they tearfully called the police and apologised to me for being so silly.
