left message on mobile claiming to be amazon checking on large purchase made from account wanting me to contact with authorisation code- called them back several times - from diff telephone no, and from withheld no, they kept hanging up on me when they realised I hadnt been taken in by their scam.. so i kept on calling them back - just to annoy them.. got to the point they hung up. knew was scam as same person answered the phone every time, anyone whos phone amazon , knows you NEVER get the same person :D

The caller gave this number saying they were from Google about my entry on google maps and that they were going to help me fix the problem I had to get customers to find me. There s nothing wrong with my entry. So I played along and when asked for my name said it was George Bush. Apparently I should get a call back later today as I said I was too busy. Scam insurance call from a company (coverplus) claiming that appliance cover for a washing machine had just run out. When challenged to say what the model of the machine was and when purchased they terminated the call.
Just answered, said nothing (as I always do when I don t recognise the number ) phone cut off .
